Once you complete your transaction, you will see a link to view your receipt. You ticket will be sent to you via email. Print your TICKET and bring it to the show for admission. Your name will be in the Admission List. WE DON'T MAIL TICKETS. Make sure you add the following email address to your list of accepted incoming emails: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . That way our email will not go into your SPAM or BUILK mail box. If you don't get our email, make sure to look in the BULK, or SPAM box.
The day of the event, there will be a window or an assigned location for ticketfiesta.com customers. Bring your receipt to to this location, and present it along with your photo ID. The person who made the purchase is the same person who should check in for admission. Your name will be on the admission list.

ACUERDO DE SERVICIO

Cuando selecciones el show al cual quieres ir, vas a ser dirigido a la interfase de compra (shopping cart). Selecciona el numero de tickets, y completa el formulario de cliente con tu nombre, dirección, y teléfono. Asegurate de poner la dirección correcta donde recibes tu factura de tu tarjeta de crédito (billing address).
En cuanto completes la transacción, vas a notar un enlace (link) donde puedes ver tu recibo de compra. Además vas a recibir el TICKET por email. Imprime el TICKET y usalo para admisión al show. Cada TICKET tiene un numero único (ej. 1407). NO ENVIAMOS TICKETS POR CORREO REGULAR. Asegurate de poner esta dirección email en tu lista de direcciones para recibir mensajes: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. El día del evento va a ver una ventanilla o un sitio asignado para clientes de ticketfiesta.com. Presenta tu recibo en ese sitio, y asegurate de tener tu identificación con foto. La persona que hizo la compra es la misma que tiene que presentarse para admisión al show.
